We don't believe she would choose abortion again if it weren't for the father's behavior. Please pray for her safety, her little boy's safety, and for the life of her unborn baby. We have shared with her that we can work with domestic violence organizations, the criminal justice system, and other agencies to help her to remain safe, and abortion is not the answer to this problem. The Legacy of Life Foundation, Inc, asks for prayers -- Sophia is a young woman who is working full time as well as going to school in order to get her degree. She takes her role as a mother so seriously and truly wants to teach her children the value of hard work. Her oldest child requires extra care, and she finds herself overwhelmed at the thought of being pregnant again. But she is pregnant. And she is alone. Her situation today keeps pulling at a dark memory which haunts her--an abortion she was forced to have at age 16. She didn't want that abortion. She wanted to keep that baby--but someone else made the decision for her. Now, years later, others are also making that decision for her. She is bombarded by threats of being kicked out on the street. She does not know how she will financially provide for another child, being a full time student and employee. She is being attacked and pushed into a corner... somewhere that she has been before- abortion. Abortion--the word makes her cringe. The thought of it makes her sob.
